| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察临床小儿肱骨髁上骨折的治疗结果,探讨更科学合理的治疗方案。方法通过观察我院2008-09～2010-08门急诊收治的小儿肱骨髁上骨折42例的治疗结果,分析手术治疗13例与手法复位29例的治疗效果。结果 42例患者均随访3～6月。其中手术治疗13例均为优。手法复位优23例,良5例,差1例。结论小儿肱骨髁上骨折不合并血管神经损伤采用手法复位效果可靠,合并血管神经损伤手术治疗临床效果肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the more scientific and reasonable treatment by observing the clinical treatment results of supracondylar fracture of humerus.Method From September 2008 to August 2010,the 42 cases of supracondylar fracture in children were treated.13 cases were treated by surgery.29 cases were treated by manipulative reduction.Results All 42 cases were followed up for 3 months to 6 months.13 cases with surgery were excellent.29 cases with manipulative reduction: excellent in 23 cases,good in 5 cases,poor in 1 case.Conclusion The manipulative reduction of supracondylar fracture in children without vascular and nerve injury complication were effective,and with vascular and nerve injury complication,surgery were effective. |
