| 摘 要： | 目的:优选清肝消痤颗粒的水提工艺。方法:用多指标综合评分法,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以栀子苷、丹参素、甘草酸铵为检测指标,考察了3种因素(加水量、提取时间、提取次数)对其提取工艺的影响。结果:清肝消痤颗粒水提优选工艺条件为加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次1h。结论:本研究优化了清肝消痤颗粒水提工艺,为工业化生产提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the extract process of Qinggan Xiaocuo Granules.Methods:Using gardenoside,danshensu,ammonium glycyrrhizinate as the detecting index,orthogonal test L9(34) method was used for studying with three extracting factors(water volume,the extracting time,the times of extracting) on the extracting process influence.Results:The optimum extracting technology of Qinggan Xiaocuo Granules were ten times of water,extracting three times,each time for one hour.Conclusion:The study not only optimized water extraction technology of Qinggan Xiaocuo Granules but also provides experimental basis for the industrial production. |
