| 摘 要： | 为了优化慢性毒性试验的研究方法与方案,更好地评价临床新药安全性,提高慢性毒性试验结果与临床试验的符合率,本文就实验模型动物的选择、检测方法、结果评价等方面的最新研究进展以及应该注意的问题进行综述,以总结如何提高实验可靠性和效率的方法与方案,使慢性毒性试验的研究结果更加符合药物的临床试验结果。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the chronic toxicity tests in vivo and provides several Approaches to improving concordance between animal toxicity test and clinical trial to avoid the error. For example, the animals should be reasonablely chosen in toxicological study. Moreover, the suitable methods and techniques for animal toxicity tests were also should be chosen.At last, the results of animal toxicity tests should be correctly avaluated. Through these mothods, the accordance between the chronic tests and clinical trials could be maintained. |
