益母草注射液与缩宫素在预防剖宫产术后出血中的应用

目的探讨缩宫素宫体注射与益母草注射液联合缩宫素宫体注射在剖宫产术中预防产后出血的疗效比较。方法选用本院120例剖宫产产妇，随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组于剖宫产术中胎儿娩出后宫体肌肉注射益母草注射液40mg，缩宫素20u。术后2h肌肉注射益母草注射液20mg，以后每12h1次，共7次。对照组于胎儿娩出后宫体肌肉注射缩宫素20U，术后2h肌肉注射缩宫素20U，以后每12h1次，共7次。分别观察两组的产后出血量并进行比较。结果实验组胎盘娩出后出血量（154±16）mL，产后2h的出血量为（203．04±20．9）mL，产后24h的出血量（298．0±31．3）mL。对照组胎盘娩出后出血量（187±21）mL，产后2h的出血量为（289．0±26．6）mL，产后24h出血量（382．3±55．3）mL，产后出血1例。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素宫体注射可以减少剖宫产术后出血。
