| 摘 要： | 本文报告１０２例缺血性脑血管病中西医结合等容血液稀释前后血液流变学和甲襞微循环的变化。结果表明，块血性脑血管病患者Ｈｃｔ、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原均明显升高（与健康对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０１），红细胞电泳时间延长（Ｐ＜０．０５），存在不同程度的微循环障碍，中西医结合等容血液稀释能明显降低血液粘度（Ｐ＜０．００１），改善血液流动性和微循环。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the modification of hemorheology and nainold circulahon of 102 cases of is- chemic cerebrovascular diseases before and atter treaboent with TCM-WM isovolumetric hemodilu- tion. The results are as follows: Hematocrit or red blood cell, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases are obviously higher (than the normal control group p<0. 01). When the time of RBC electtophoresis lasts longer (p< 0. 05), dysmicrocircuintion will be different to a certain degree. TCM-WM isovolumetric hemodilu- tion can obviously reduce the viscosity (p<0.01), and improve the blood fluidity and microcircula- tion. |
