摘    要:目的:总结腹腔镜外科技术应用在放置Tenckhoff卷曲腹透管的经验。方法:选择11例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,在腹腔镜引导下将Tenckhoff卷曲腹透管置入腹腔并经皮下隧道引出。结果:11例患者腹透管均放置成功,手术时间约45min,均成功进行了腹膜透析,患者术后一周内出院。结论:腹腔镜引导下放置Tenckhoff卷曲腹透管具有腹透管放置定位准确,无手术切口,优于常规开腹手术,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To summarize the experience in using laparoscopic placement of Tenckhoff Curl cath peritoneal dialysis catheters in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: Tenckhoff Curl cath peritoneal dialysis catheters were introduced into the abdomen under the guidance by laparoscopy in 11 patients with chronic renal failure,the derivation of catheter were though subcutaneous tunnel. Results: All the catheters were successfully placed and the time of operation was about 45 min. Peritoneal dialysis was begun successfully following the catheter placement. The patients were discharged 7 days following the operations. Conclusion: The laparoscopic placement of Tenckhoff Curl cath peritoneal dialysis catheter has the advantages-of precise position of catheter and no operative incision. It has unique superiority compared with the routine technique of abdomen incision.
