中药注射剂治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎的疗效观察

目的探讨中药茵栀黄加苦参素注射剂治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法将黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者60例随机分为2组：治疗组30例,对照组30例,2组疗程均为30d。2组对比,综合分析,判定疗效。结果2组患者治疗后与治疗前相比,肝功能各项指标均明显改善（P〈0.01）;2组患者治疗后相比,治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组各主要症状消退时间均短于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组的显效率、有效率均显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论苦参素加茵栀黄注射剂治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎疗效显著、安全有效、无毒副作用,值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation of grave icteric viral hepatitis treated by chinese traditional medicine injection

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yinzhihuang injection combined Oxymatrine injection for patients with grave icteric viral hepatitis. Methods Sixty patients with grave icteric viral hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups：30 patients in the trial group and the other 30 patients in the control group,treatment period was 30 days in two groups. The effects were evaluated and analyzed in both groups. Results Liver function had significant improvement in two groups（P〈0.01）;and the improvement degree in the treatment group is superior to that in the control group （P〈0.01）;The extinction time of main symptoms of treatment group were shorter than that in control group （P〈0.01） ;The obvious effective rate and effective rate were significantly better than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Remarkable therapeutic efficacy of Yinzhihuang injection combined Oxymatrine injection has been achieved in patients with grave icteric viral hepatitis. The Chinese herb was safe, toxicity and side effect was not be noted, the agent was worthy of clinical popularization.
