保健品中砷含量的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法

摘    要:目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定保健品中砷含量的方法。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定砷。结果测得一次性回归方程为Y=0.0013X+0.00074,相关系数r=0.9991,检出限为0.13μg/L,回收率为93.1%~96.5%,相对标准偏差为1.27%~3.04%。结论石墨炉原子吸收光谱法可用于测定保健品中砷含量。

Abstract:[Objective]To establish the method of determining arsenic in health products by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.[Methods]The health products was digested by microwave digestion,determination of arsenic by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.[Results]Linear regression equation was Y=0.0013 X+0.00074,r=0.9999,the detection limit was 0.13 μg/L,the recovery rate ranged from 93.1% ~ 96.5% and RSD ranged from 1.27% to 3.04%.[Conclusion]Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry can be used for determination of arsenic in health products
