| 摘 要： | 实验结果证实、预加10~(-7)～10~(-4)mol/L浓度钼酸钠能明显减少MNU诱导的V79细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率。中等剂量(10~(-5)～10~(-6)mol/L)效果最明显,分别由18.32/细胞降至12.64和12.94/细胞(P<0.001);钼酸钠无论同时或预先作用于细胞,对于MNNG引起的V79细胞遗传物质损伤无明显保护作用。

| Abstract: | Effect of sodium molyudate was detected on SCE of V79 cells induced by N-mthyl-N-nitrosourea (MNU) and N-methyl-N-nitrosoguani dine (MNNG). The results showed that SCE frequency was signsificantly lower in cells treated with Na2MoO4 at 10-7-10-4M concentration before the addition of MNU. The highest protective effect was found in 10-5 and 10-6M Na2MoO4 in which the SCE frequency was 12.64 and 12.94/cell, being significantly lower than that of the contol (18.32/cell, P<0.001). However, no protective effect of Na2MoO4 was observed on SCE of V79 cells after pre-incubation or simultaneous treatment with MNNG. |
