HDV阳性重型肝炎患者外周血IL－2受体的变化

检测１６例ＨＤＶ（＋）重肝患者ＰＢＭＣ膜上ＩＬ－２Ｒ、培养上清和血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量，以２１例ＨＤＶ（－）重肝为疾病对照，２０例献血员为正常对照，探讨ＩＬ－２Ｒ在丁型肝炎中变化意义。结果：ＨＤＶ（＋）组ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达虽增强，但不如ＨＤｖ（－）组明显；ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量，两重肝组均非常显著增高，但之间无差异。提示ＨＤＶ（＋）重肝组Ｔ淋巴细胞被激活状态并未因增加ＨＤＶ感染而加重，支持丁型肝炎肝损伤主要不是免疫介导的观点。

Significance of Changes of Interleukin-2 Receptorsin Peripheral Bl ood in Patients with Hepatitis D of Severe Type

In order to evaluate the significance of inteleukin-2 receptors(IL-2R )in hepatitis D,IL-2R ofthe membrane of peripheral blood monocytes(PBMC)and contents of soluble IL-2R in the supernatant of cul-tured PBMC and serum in 16 cases of HDVM positive hepatitis of severe type were studied with 21 cases ofHDVM negative hepatitis B as diseaqed control and 20 blood donors as normal control. The results revealedthat IL-2R expression was increased but was not as higher as that in the HDVM negative group.The contentsof sIL-2R were increased obviously but there were no significant differences between these two groups.It isindicated that the activated state of T lymphocytes is not associated with HDV infection.This finding supportsthe view that the hepatic injury in heputitis D is not resulted from immune-mediated response.
