2006年章丘市部分中小学生营养状况调查

目的]了解章丘市中小学生营养状况,为开展学生营养不良、超重、肥胖的防治工作提供依据。方法]2006年9~12月,在章丘市抽取3所中学、3所小学,对2135名学生进行营养状况调查。结果]调查学生2 135名,营养不良率为22.39%,超重率为6.32%,肥胖率为8.90%。营养不良率中学生为26.77%,小学生为17.94%(P<0.01);肥胖率小学生为10.48%,中学生为7.34%(P<0.01)。肥胖率中学男生为9.34%,女生为5.23%(P<0.05)。结论]章丘市中小学生营养不良率较低,肥胖率较高。

Analysis of the Nutritional Level among Elementary and Middle School Students in Zhangqiu in 2006

Objective]To explore the nutritional status among primary and middle school students in Zhangqiu,provide scientific basis for prevention and control of malnutrition,overweight and obesity among students.Methods]2 135 students from 3 elementary and 3 middle schools were surveyed with Body Mass Index(BMI) in Zhangqiu during the period of September to December,2006.Results]2 135 students were investigated,malnutrition rate accounted for 22.39%,overweight rate accounted for 6.32% and the obesity rate accounted for 8.90% among 2 135 students investigated.The malnutrition rate among middle and primary school students was 26.77% and 17.94% respectively(P<0.01);the obesity rate was 10.48% among primary school students and 7.34% among middle school students(P<0.01).The obesity rate was 9.34% in male and 5.23% in female among middle school students(P<0.05).Conclusion]The malnutrition rate was comparatively low,but the obesity rate was high among primary and middle school students in Zhangqiu.
