神经肌电促通仪结合康复治疗对肢体骨折患者术后肌力恢复的疗效观察

目的:通过观察神经肌电促通仪结合常规康复治疗对肌力恢复的影响,指导术后康复治疗的方式。方法:单纯上/下肢骨折术后患者80例,随机分为治疗组43例(神经肌电促通仪加常规康复治疗)和对照组37例(仅常规康复治疗)。通过徒手肌力评定法(manual muscletest,MMT)对治疗前后的肌力变化进行观察和记录。结果:根据徒手肌力评定(MMT)标准,按6级法记录,治疗组骨折区的伸、屈肌肌力均能达到5级者15例,部分伸、屈肌能达到5级或肌力在原基础提高3级以上者19例,骨折区的伸、屈肌肌力增加1～2级者9例;对照组骨折区的伸、屈肌肌力均能达到5级者7例,部分伸、屈肌能达到5级或肌力在原基础提高3级以上者14例,骨折区的伸、屈肌肌力增加1～2级者16例。两组比较临床显效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经肌电促通仪结合康复治疗对肢体骨折术后患者肌力的恢复优于常规康复治疗。

Clinical Observation of Myodynamia Recovery of Limb Fracture Patients with the Postoperative Management of TENS-21 and Rehabilitative Care

Objective:To observe the effect of TENS-21 and rehabilitative care of limb fracture patients after internal fixation via myosthenic evaluation.Methods:Eighty patients with simple lower limb or upper limb fractures were randomly divided into treatment group(n=43,with TENS-21 and rehabilitative care)and control group(n=37,with rehabilitative care only)after operation.Recording and analyzing the myodynamia results with manual muscle test(MMT)before and after therapy.Results:According to the standard of MMT,among the treatment group:in 15 cases the myodynamia of extend/flex muscle around the fracture site regained the fifth grade;19 cases partially regained the fifth grade or elevated at least 3 degrees based on the original status and in 9 case the myodynamia increased 1-2 grades.Among the treatment group:the cases corresponded to the treatment group were 7,14,16.There was significant difference between the treatment group and control group on the myodynamia improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TENS-21 combined with rehabilitative care was superior to the traditional rehabilitative care alone in the myodynamia recovery of limb fracture patients.
