| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察缬沙坦对老年原发性高血压的降压效果及其左心室肥厚的消退作用。方法 :选择年龄≥ 6 0岁的老年原发性高血压患者 4 8例 ,采用自身对照实验 ,观察处理前后相关指标变化。结果 :4 8例患者经缬沙坦治疗后 ,其白昼、夜间和2 4 h平均收缩压 (SBP)和平均舒张压 (DBP)均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;左心室舒张期室间隔厚度 (IVST)、舒张期左心室后壁厚度 (PWT)和左心室重量指数 (L VMI)较治疗前均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :缬沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压疗效确切、降压平稳 ,同时能逆转左心室肥厚。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of Valsartan on blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in primary hypertension. Methods: Primary hypertensive patients, aged 60 years old or over(n=48), were selected and the related indexes before and after Valsartan treatment were recorded and analyzed with self-contrast test. Results: After Valsartan treatment, the values of AMBP were significantly decreased. And the values of IVST,PWT and LVMI were also decreased in severity (P<0.01) . Conclusion: Valsartan treatment can effectively decrease blood pressure in primary hypertension and delay or reverse the development of LVH. |
