| 摘 要： | 目的：研究观察剖宫产术后应用自控泵改善疼痛不良反应及镇痛的效果。方法：选择2008年7月-2008年12月来我院行剖宫产的80例产妇，随机分为两组，研究组术后应用自控泵40例（A组）；对照组应用镇痛药40例（B组）。对比观察呼吸、心率、血压、周围血象、血液黏稠度、恶心呕吐、泌乳情况及对疼痛的评价。结果：A组的各项观察指标明显优于B组，经统计学处理，其差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：剖宫产术后应用自控泵，改善疼痛不良反应和镇痛效果显著，有利于维持人体各系统生理功能，患者满意度高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the application of observation-controlled pump after cesarean section to improve the ad-verse reactions of pain and analgesic effect. Methods: To choice from July 2008 to December 2008 in our hospital's 80 eases of cesarean section mothers who were randomly divided into two groups, study group were 40 eases of application-controlled pump(A); control group, 40 eases of the application of analgesics (B group). Comparative observation of respira-tion, heart rate, blood pressure, peripheral blood, blood viscosity, nausea, vomiting, lactation and the evaluation of pain.
