| 摘 要： | 目的分析农村慢性病患者的就医行为及其影响因素。方法选取常州、南通和淮安三地的农村居民作为调查对象．展开实地调研。结果大部分慢性病患者平时不太注重医疗保健，只有在感到身体明显不适时才前往就医；大部分患者自行到药店购药，而不是到医疗机构就医；慢性病患者非常重视医生的技术水平，对药品的选择有一定的盲目性。结论慢性病患者的就医预期是控制病情，而不是彻底治愈疾病。患者的自感健康状况、居住地与就医机构的距离、是否报销及家庭经济收入水平影响着农村慢性病患者的就医行为。
