中医气质学说的理论基础探新

中医气质学说有独特的理论和实践体系，不同于西方心理学的“人格”“气质”，在本土化心理学研究中也越来越引起重视。中医气质理论的形成不仅有坚实的医学基础，还有深厚的哲学基础和传统文化基础。由于这样的独特背景，中医气质理论既有普遍性又有特殊性。本文通过对中医气质理论与科学理论进行比较分析，指出中医气质理论的优势和不足，认为以中国的文化背景为依托，加深中医气质理论合理内涵研究，扩展应用范围，是未来个性化医学发展的需要，也是本土心理学发展的需要。

Theory Innovation of the Temperament Doctrine of Chinese Medicine

Different from the western psychosomatic idea of ＂personality＂ or ＂temperament＂, the temperament doctrine of Chinese medicine is unique in applying both theory and practice which aroused increasing local interest in the study of psychology. With the extraordinary background in medicine, philosophy, and traditional culture, this doctrine possesses both universal and particular qualities. The comparative study with scientific theory revealed advantages and setbacks of the doctrine, and expressed the necessity to deepen research of its rational connotation and application in order to develop individualized medicine and a local research in psychology.
