| Abstract: | Improving the quality of talent cultivation is the primary task to higher educations after an increase in enrollment.From the practical perspective,the essay put forward the measures of constructing quality guarantee system of talent cultivation in higher education,which covered the whole process,all aspects and all students with reference to the total concept of TQM which involve whole process,all aspects and all people concerned. |
