地塞米松对产妇术中寒战等不适反应的预防及护理

目的 :探讨术前应用地塞米松对产妇术中寒战、恶心、呕吐、胸闷等不适反应的预防作用及护理措施。方法 :6 9例硬膜外麻醉下急诊剖宫产产妇均分成三组 ,比较麻醉前分别静注地塞米松 10mg、2 0mg组 ,与空白组对照 ,记录其寒战、恶心、呕吐、胸闷等不适反应的发生情况。结果 :10mg、2 0mg地塞米松组寒战发生率( 13%和 4 %)明显低于对照组 ( 39%,P分别 <0 0 5和 0 0 1) ;2 0mg组胸闷发生率 ( 4%)比对照组 ( 2 6 %)减少 ;两治疗组恶心、呕吐的发生率与对照组比较无显著性差异 ;2 0mg组不适反应的总体发生率低于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :术前应用地塞米松和积极的护理 ,能有效地抑制术中不适反应并增加患者的安全性。

The preventive effects of dexamethasone and nursing about side effect during cesarean section

Objective To observe the preventive anti-shivering and anti-chest tightness effects of dexamethasone during cesarean section following continual epidural anesthesia.Method Sixty-nine parturients undergoing cesarean section were randomly allocated to three groups(23 cases in each group),10 mg of dexamethasone,20mg of dexamethasone and nothing were intravenously injected respectively before continuous epidural anesthesia.Results The incidences of shivering in group one(13%, P <0 05) and group two(4%, P <0 01) were markedly lower than the control group(39%),and the incidence of chest tightness in group two(4%) was lower than the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting between group one and group two. The incidence of side effect in group two was lower than the control group( P <0 05).Conclusion The active nursing and the dexamethasone intravenously before operation can prevent the side effect during cesarean section.
