2种方法治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效研究

目的 探讨不同手术方式治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效及优缺点.方法 将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用平片式无张力疝修补术,对照组采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术,比较二者的手术一般情况及远期效果.结果 2组患者的疝环口大小、手术时间、术后下地活动时间、术后疼痛、平均住院日及复发率等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);但是观察组患者住院费用低于对照组(P＜0.05),而对照组患者参加正常体力劳动时间早于观察组(P＜0.05).结论 平片式无张力疝修补术及疝环充填式无张力疝修补术均为治疗腹股沟疝的理想方法,具有简单安全及复发率低等优点,而平片式无张力疝修补术费用相对较低,更适宜基层医院开展.

Two Methods of Treatment of Inguinal Hernia of Clinical Effects

Objective To explore different ways of operation treatment of inguinal hernia in the clinical curative effect and the advantages and disadvantages.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the observation group with the flat type tension free hernia repair,the control group using the Plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair,between the two operation in general and long term effect.Results The two groups of patients with hernia ring size,operation time,postoperative ambulation activity time,postoperative pain,the average hospitalization days and recurrence rate etc,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);however,the observation group patients hospitalization expenses were lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the control group patients in normal physical labor time in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The flat type tension free hernia repair and the tension-free hernia repair for treatment of inguinal hernia in the ideal method is a simple,safe and low recurrence rate,and flat type tension free hernia repair costs are relatively low,more suitable for primary hospitals.
