中药内外同治法治疗鼻后滴流综合征致慢性咳嗽的临床研究

目的观察中药治疗鼻后滴流综合征致慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将68例鼻后滴流综合征致慢性咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组（38例）和对照组（30例）;对照组采用呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻腔及西替利嗪片口服,治疗组给予止嗽散合玉屏风散加减内服,苍耳子散煎煮外熏鼻腔。观察两组咳嗽、咯痰、鼻后滴流感、咽部充血等症状及体征的改善情况并计分,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为80.77%、56.67%,组间疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组咳嗽、咽痒、鼻后滴流感、咽部体征等积分较治疗前降低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后咳嗽及鼻后滴流感积分较对照组治疗后为低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论中药内外同治法治疗鼻后滴流综合征致慢性咳嗽疗效良好。

Clinical study on chronic cough due to postnasal drip syndrome treated by combined internal-external Chinese medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined internal-external Chinese medicine therapy on chronic cough due to postnasal drip syndrome.Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=38） and control group（n=30）.Patients in the control group were treated with compound furacilin nasal drops and cetirizine tablets,and those in the treatment group received oral modified ＂Zhisou Powder＂ and ＂Yu Pin Feng Powder＂,combined with boiling ＂Xanthium Powder＂ to fumigate nasal.Main symptoms and signs such as cough,expectoration,postnasal dripand,pharyngeal hyperemia were observed and scored,and clinical efficacies were evaluated.Results The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 80.77% and 56.67%,and there was a significant difference between them（P〈0.01）.The scores of cough,itching throat and signs of pharyngeal after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.The scores of cough and postnasal drip after treatment in the treatment group were also lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined internal-external Chinese medicine therapy is effective for chronic cough due to postnasal drip syndrome.
