穴位埋线结合太极拳运动治疗肠易激综合征40例

目的观察穴位埋线结合太极拳运动治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将70例肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例予穴位埋线结合太极拳运动治疗,对照组30例口服匹维溴铵;两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效及治疗后主要症状积分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.0%、73.3%;组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组治疗后腹痛、腹泻、大便性状异常积分均明显降低（P〈0.01）;组间治疗后比较,大便性状异常积分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论穴位埋线结合太极拳运动治对肠易激综合征具有良好的临床疗效。

Treatment of 40 cases of irritable bowel syndrome by acupoint thread burial therapy and taijiquan

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread burial therapy and taijiquan practice in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）.Methods Seventy subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by acupoint thread burial therapy and taijiquan practice,and control group in which 30 cases were treated by oral Mebeverine,with a course of three months.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,with a striking difference between them（P〈0.01）;after treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea and stool form were reduced in both groups（P〈0.01）,with more significant reduction in the score of stool form in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combined acupoint thread burial therapy and taijiquan practice is quite effective for irritable bowel syndrome.
