《伤寒杂病论》汤剂服量探讨

整理《伤寒杂病论》汤剂服量情况,总结出其日服次数有日一服、日二服、日三服、顿服、日夜连服、日五服、日六服、日十服、少少频服等9种情况,以日三服占多数,这一服量方法较现代多用＂每日一剂,每剂分早晚服二次＂更为合理;每次服量有1升、1.5升、8合、7合、6合、5合、8.3合、6.7合、7.5合等。张仲景对服量的控制方法有＂缩短服药间隔时间,不效加量＂＂以知为度、逐渐变量＂＂中病即止,不必尽剂＂几种,充分体现＂随症施量＂原则。

Research on oral dosage of decoction in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases

On the basis of previous medical literature in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases, this paper focuses on the oral dosage of decoction in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases, and makes a conclusion that there are some different approaches of frequency for taking decoction, such as 3 times a day, twice a day, once a day, a single dose, day and night, 5 times a day, 6 times a day, 10 times a day, low dosage at short intervals. Among the above nine approaches, taking decoction of three times a day is in the majority in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases. It is more reasonable than taking twice a day respectively in the morning and at night nowadays. The amount of each oral dosage is 1 sheng, 1.5 sheng, 8 ge, 7 ge, 6 ge, 5 ge , 8.3 ge , 6.7 ge, and 7.5 ge etc. Zhang Zhongjing took control of oral dosage from the following measures such as shortening the intervals of taking decoction and increasing dosage if ineffective, changing the dosage gradually according to the reaction after taking decoction, and ceasing taking the rest decoction if patient showed signs of being well. All these measures completely represent the principle of oral dosage according to symptoms.
