针刺结合百忧解治疗脑卒中后抑郁症40例疗效观察

目的观察针药结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症（PSD）的临床疗效。方法将80例脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和西药对照组,各40例。治疗组采用针刺加百忧解治疗,对照组单纯采用百忧解治疗,治疗4周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）;两组治疗后HAMD评分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.01）,且治疗组HAMD评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针药结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症疗效显著。

Clinical observation of combined acupuncture and Fluoxetine in treating 40 cases of poststroke depression

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of poststroke depression（PSD）.Methods Eighty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with acupuncture and Fluoxetine and control group in which 40 cases were treated with Fluoxetine alone,with a course of four weeks.Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group,with a difference between them（P〈0.01）;after treatment,the HADM scores were reduced in both groups（P〈0.01）,with a more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined acupuncture and medicine has excellent results in the treatment of PSD.
