多普勒引导痔动脉结扎术治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ期内痔临床观察

目的观察多普勒引导痔动脉结扎术治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ期内痔的临床疗效。方法将100例Ⅱ-Ⅲ期内痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,分别以多普勒引导痔动脉结扎术及传统分段结扎法治疗。结果两组患者治疗后均获痊愈。治疗组术后当天和术后7天出现疼痛、排尿困难、排便困难、出血等症状的病例数明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组平均住院时间为（3.75±0.12）天,对照组为（18.28±3.78）天;组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论多普勒引导痔动脉结扎术是治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ期内痔有效、安全的方法 。

Grades II-III hemorrhoids treated by Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation

Objective To examine the benefits of Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation technique in the treatment of grades II-III hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group,and treated respectively by Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation and Miligan-Morgan.Results All patients in both groups were cured.The cases suffering pain,dysuria,difficult defecation and bleeding on the operative day and postoperative seventh day were fewer in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）;the hospitalization period averaged（3.75±0.12） days in the treatment group and（8.28±3.78） days in the control group,with shorter period in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation is effective for grades II-III hemorrhoids.
