天麻素抗疲劳和耐缺氧的实验研究

摘    要:目的对天麻素耐缺氧和抗疲劳功效进行研究,为天麻素的进一步开发和利用以及更好入药提供依据。方法昆明种小鼠32只,随机分为空白对照组(给予等容量0.9%NaCl溶液)、复方丹参片组(0.84mg/kg)、天麻低剂量组(20mg/kg)、天麻高剂量组(40mg/kg),每组8只,分别灌胃给药,连续灌胃用药7天后,采用疲劳游泳法,记录时间,观察药物对小白鼠抗疲劳作用;昆明种小鼠16只随机分为空白对照组(给予等容量0.9%NaCl溶液)4只,复方丹参片组(0.84mg/kg)4只、天麻组(40mg/kg)8只,分别灌胃给药,连续7d,末次给药1h后,采用密闭缺氧试验,记录时间,观察天麻素对小鼠的耐缺氧作用。结果在抗疲劳方面:天麻素高剂量组及丹参组优于空白对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);天麻素高剂量组优于天麻素低剂量组(P〈0.05);复方丹参组优于天麻素高剂量组(P〈0.01),差异均有统计学意义。在耐缺氧方面,各组小鼠差异无统计学意义。结论天麻素能增强小鼠抗疲劳能力。

Abstract:Objective The effects of gastrodin and Salvia on fatigue and hypoxia tolerance were studied to offer the foundation for the development and application of gastrodin. Methods Thirty-two mice were randomly divided into four groups: the first group for control (equal volume 0.9% NaCl solution was given); the second group of mice was fed by compound Danshen tablets (0.84 mg/kg); low dose of gastrodin (20 mg/kg) was given to the third group; high dose of gastrodin (40 mg/kg) was given to the fourth group, eight mice in each group. The medicines were given to the mice by intragastric heron. Intragastric heron to mice continuously lasted 7 days. Then swimming method was used to see the effect of drugs on fatigue; swimming time was recorded. Other 18 mice were randomly divided into three groups for hypoxia tolerance experiment. The first group (4 mice) was used as control (equal volume 0.9% NaCl solution was offered); the second group (4 mice) was intragastrically given compound Danshen tablets (0.84 mg/kg); the third group (8 mice) was intragastrically given 40 mg/kg gastrodin. Intragastric heron to the mice continuously lasted 7 days. One hour after the last intragastric heron, closed hypoxia test was carried out to see the effect of gastrodin on the hypoxia tolerance in mice. Hypoxia time was recorded. Results The results showed that the gastrodin and Salvia had significant effects on fatigue and hypoxia tolerance of mice(P0.05, P0.01); effects of high-dose gastrodin group were better than low dose group(P0.05); effects of compound Danshen tablets group were better than high dose gastrodin group(P0.01). In hypoxia tolerance, the gastrodin dose group elongated the hypoxia time, but without difference between these groups. Conclusion Gastrodin can increase mice ability to fight fatigue and hypoxia.
