制马钱子对佐剂性关节炎大鼠免疫调节的影响

目的观察制马钱子对佐剂性关节炎（adjuvant arthritis,AA）模型大鼠免疫调节的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、雷公藤多苷组、制马钱子低剂量组、制马钱子高剂量组,除空白对照组外,每鼠右后趾注射弗氏完全佐剂（CFA）致炎,诱发AA。致炎后,各组分别予相应药物干预,1个月后观察大鼠足趾关节病理变化,并检测血清白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。结果各药物组均可改善关节滑膜增生和炎性细胞浸润,其中制马钱子高剂量组作用更为明显。模型组血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著升高（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,而各药物组IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均有明显降低（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,且在调节IL-6、TNF-α水平方面制马钱子两个剂量组均明显优于雷公藤多苷组（P〈0.05）。结论制马钱子可以明显降低由CFA引起的细胞因子升高。

Effects of semen strychnion on immune regulation in adjuvant arthritis rats

Objective To study the effect of semen strychni on immune regulation in adjuvcant arthritis（AA） rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,tripterygium wilfordii glycoside group,low-dose semen strychni group and high-dose semen strychni group.The AA model in rats was induced by injection of intradermal CFA.After one month of administration,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α contents in serum were detected and pathological change was observed.Results Synovial membrane hyperplasia and inflammation cells infiltration were improved in all treatment groups,especially in high-dose semen strychni group.The levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in model group were significantly increased while the levels in low-and high-dose semen strychni groups were significantly reduced compared with model group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Besides,semen strychni was considered a better immunoregulative effect than tripterygium wilfordii glycoside on IL-6 and TNF-α（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Semen strychni can reduce the elevated levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum due to CFA.
