| 摘 要： | 随着早产儿存活率的不断提高,早产儿宫外发育迟缓(EUGR)问题亦日渐突出,而EUGR不仅关系到早产儿近期体格发育和并发症,还会影响到远期的健康。正确认识早产儿宫外发育迟缓,关注早产儿的营养和健康,医疗和营养的决策直接影响到对早产儿救治水平和生活质量。本文就目前EUGR高危因素、对远期发育的影响及如何防治等方面的研究予以综述。

| Abstract: | Following the continuous raising of survival rate in premature neonates,problem of extrauterine growth restriction in the premature neonates remain common and serious. EUGR not only affects physique development and complication now, but also affects their long - dated health. Many factors affect treatment level and life qnality of premature neonates. It includes a correct understanding of EUGR,concerns of health and nutrition and decision making of nutrition and medical treatment. The article reviews high risk factors, long term development as well as how to prevent EUGR. |
