凋亡相关基因的表达与胃癌的关系

目的：研究凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax、p53表达在胃癌发展过程中可能的作用机制。方法：采用免疫组化SABC法检测81例临床标本(慢性浅表性胃炎29例、萎缩性胃炎13例、胃炎伴异型增生21例、胃癌18例)的bcl-2、bax、p53蛋白表达。结果：在慢性浅表性胃炎组中无bcl-2表达，异型增生组阳性表达率5％，胃癌组为20％，阳性表达率呈逐渐增加趋势；bax蛋白阳性表达率在慢性浅表性胃炎组为83．3％，萎缩性胃炎组为64．3％，异型增生组为60％，胃癌组为46．7％，阳性表达率呈逐渐减少趋势；p53在慢性浅表性胃炎组、萎缩性胃炎组无表达，在异型增生组阳性表达率20．6％，胃癌组为42．4％，阳性表达率呈逐渐增加趋势。结论：在胃癌的发展过程中可能存在凋亡抑制，促凋亡基因bax的表达逐渐受抑而抑凋亡基因的表达逐渐增加。

The Relationship between Expression of bcl-2 、bax 、p53 and Gastric Cancer

Objectives: To study the relationship between the expression of gene of bcl-2,bax, p53 and development of gastric cancer. Methods: 81 samples underwent endoscopy were taken and immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2? bax ?p53 proteins. Results: There was significant difference in the expression of bcl-2 in group of chronic superficial gastritis, dysplasia and gastric cancer (P<0.05). Prevalence of the positive rate of bcl-2 expression was gradually increasing. The expression of bax was significantly higher in chronic superficial gastritis than that in gastric cancer (P<0.01). There was significant difference in the positive rate of bax expression between the group of chronic superficial gastritis and group of dysplasia (P<0.05). And the expression of bax was gradually decreasing. There was significant difference in p53 expression in group of chronic superficial gastritis, dysplasia and gastric cancer (P<0.05). Conclusions: There was inhibition in apoptosis during development of gastric cancer. Expression of speed apoptosis gene bax decreased while the expression of inhibition genes of apoptosis increased.
