22种可食性中药材的抗突变和致突变同步快速试验报告

THE REPORT ON THE MUTAGENICITY AND ANTIMUTAGENICITY SYNCHRONOUS TEST OF A LOT OF EDIBLE CHINESE HERB

Purpose and Methods: In order to screening the antimutagen, the study investigated the mutagenicity and antimutagenicity of 22 kinds of edible chinese herb(Honey, Royal jelly, Bee collecting pollen, Lily, Kely,Willow bud, the seed of Job's tear, the Pob of chinese scholortree, Olired longan, Taro, Sterulaia scaphi, Asiatic plantain, White chrysanthemum, Chinese yam, Coriander, Elm leaf, Pumpkin seeds, Pumpkin pulp, pulp of wagourd, Skin of wagourd Fingered citron, Water chestunt by the antimutagenicity and mutagenicity synchronous test. Results and Conclusion: The results both with and without S9 (rat liver microsomal enzymes) showed that all the samples had no mutagenicity.
