| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温针灸五脏背俞穴治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法：将100例心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为2组各50例，治疗组予温针灸五脏背俞穴治疗；对照组口服归脾丸治疗，比较2组临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96．0％，对照组为80．0％，2组临床疗效总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组在体倦乏力、记忆力或注意力下降、劳累后持续不适、肌肉痛4项单项症状治疗的有效率分别与对照组比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：温针灸五脏背俞穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效良好。

Therapeutic Effect of Moxibustion with Warming Needle for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with Heart-spleen Deficiency:An Observation of 50 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on chronic fatigue syndromes(CFS) with heart-spleen deficiency by us-ing moxibustion with warming needle on the Shu points of the five organs.Methods:One hundred CFS patients were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group was given Shu points moxibustion with warming needle,and the control group was given oral use of Guipi Pills.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared in the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.0%,while was 80.0% in the control group.There was obvious difference of the total effective rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with warming needle on Shu points of five organs is an effective method for treating CFS. |
