刺络拔罐联合红蓝光治疗女性迟发性痤疮临床观察

目的：探讨女性迟发性痤疮的有效治疗方法及机理。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组40例，对照组20例。治疗组采用刺络拔罐联合红蓝光治疗，对照组采用口服丹参酮胶囊和外用玫芦消痤膏治疗，观察疗程为8周。评价其临床疗效并观察2组患者治疗前后外周血中睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）。结果：临床疗效总有效率治疗组为92．5％，对照组为90．0％，2组比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后治疗组血清T水平下降，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01），E：水平上升，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；对照组血清T、岛水平变化不明显，治疗前后比较，差异均无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论：刺络拔罐联合红蓝光治疗女性迟发性痤疮具有明显的临床疗效，其可能通过调节机体性激素水平达到治疗目的。

Clinical Observation on Collaterals Pricking and Cupping Method Combined with Red and Blue Light Phototherapy in Treatment of Female Delayed Acne

Objective: To investigate the effective therapy for female delayed acne and to study its mechanism.Methods: Sixty qualified female delayed acne patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40) and the control group(n=20).The treatment groups was given blood-letting collaterals pricking and cupping method combined with red and blue light pho-totherapy,and the control group was given oral administration of tanshinone capsule and external application of Meilu Xiaozuo cream,the course of treatment being 8 weeks.After treatment,clinical curative effect was evaluated,and the peripheral blood levels of testosterone(T) and estradiol(E2) were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and was 90.0% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was insignificant(P > 0.05).However,the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).In the treatment group,serum T level decreased obviously(P < 0.05),but serum E2 level had no significant change after treatment.The differences of serum T and E2 levels were insignificant in the control group before and after treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion:Blood-letting collaterals pricking and cupping method combined with red and blue light phototherapy is effective in the treatment of female delayed acne,and its possible mechanism is related with the regulation of sexual hormone levels.
