摘    要: 目的 为单味中药精制颗粒剂的临床应用提供依据。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定葛根芩连汤“分煎”及“合煎”汤别中黄芩等的含量。结果 每付葛根茶连汤“分煎”汤别中黄芩等的含量为220.52 mg,每付“合煎”汤剂中黄芩苷的含量为59.91 mg。结论葛根岑连汤“分煎”汤刹中黄芩苷的含量高于“合煎”汤剂。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide the quality basis for clinical application of the refined granule of single traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS Analysed the contents of baicalin in Fenjian decoction (preparing the refined granules of single traditional chi-nese medicine of the different kinds of medicinal materials separately then mixing the granules with boiling water)and Hejian decoc-tion (decocting the all kinds of the medicinal materials together as the traditional method) of Gegenqinliantang (Decoction of Puerari-se, Scutellariae and Coptidis) by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions included Hypersil qe mlumn and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol~0.04 % phosphoric acid (46: 54).Baicalin was detected at 280nm. RESULTS The standard curve was linear over the range of 0. 043~1.296 lag,with correlation coefficient 0.9999.The average recovery of Fenjian decoction was 99.5% with RSD=2.75%(=5) and that of Hejian decoction was 101 .16 % with RSD=1 .20 %(n=5).The content of baicalin was 220.52mg in one dose of Fenjian decoction and 59. 91 mg in one dose of Hejian decoction. CONCLUSION The content of baicalin in Fen-jian decoction was higher than that in Hejian decoction.
