北京市海淀区中学生性知识、性观念和性行为现状

目的了解海淀区中学生性知识、性态度和性行为现状,为开展中学生性健康教育提供依据.方法分层随机整群抽取海淀区1361名中学生进行自填式问卷调查.结果性知识中,"卵子产生的部位"知晓率最高,"何时容易怀孕"知晓率最低;对中学生发生性行为的态度分为反对、赞同和矛盾,比例分别为64.0%,24.6%和7.8%;20.5%的中学生曾与异性朋友有亲密接触的行为,拥抱、接吻、抚摸和性交行为的发生率分别为11.8%,10.1%,8.3%和2.1%.结论中学生对性知识掌握不足;部分中学生性观念比较开放;中学生谈恋爱和发生性行为的现象客观存在.今后应加强对中学生的性道德教育,对谈恋爱和发生性行为的中学生要加强避孕、生育和性传播疾病等知识的教育.

Knowledge,Attitude and Practice about Sex among Middle School Students In Beijing

Objective To know knowledge, altitude and practice about sex among middle school students in Haidian District, which in order to provide basis for sexual health education on middle school students. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on a stratified cluster sample of 1 361 middle school students. They were randomly selected from Haidian District. Results The rate of students' realization to "where does the ovum come from" was highest while "when is easy to be pregnant" was lowest. The attitudes towards "sexual behaviors among middle school students" were divided into negative, positive and contradictory, and the proportions were 64.0% , 24.6% and7.8% respectively. About 20.5 % of the students had intimacies with opposite sex friends, and the percentage of "cuddling" , "kissing", "fondling" and "sexual intercourse" were 11.8% , 10.1%, 8.3% and 2.1% respectively. Conclusion The students had poor sexual knowledge. Some students' sexual attitudes are open. Sexual moral education should be strengthened, and the knowledge about conception control, reproduction and sexual transmitted disease should be taught on the students who are in love or have had sexual expe-
