摘    要:目的介绍超临界流体技术在国内外药学领域中的研究现状,从理论上阐述超临界流体技术的原理,给出超临界流体的一些重要参数,为使用该技术的研究者提供参考。方法查阅国内外近10年文献30篇,归纳、综述;通过具体的实验数据,说明理论和实践的关联性。结果与结论国内,超临界流体技术是从药用植物中分离有效成分的先进技术手段之一;国外,超临界流体技术已在蛋白质药物的提纯、调制药物的多晶体、制备药物包合物、多孔性物质的吸附、药物微粉包衣等多方面展开研究。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the current research of supercritical fluid technology in the pharmaceutics.The paper explains the principle of the supercritical fluid technology theoretically,and provides some important parameters of the supercritical fluid,which can offer reference for the researcher using the technology.Methods Thirty related papers published in the last decade were summarized and the relationship between the theory and practice was illustrated on the basis of the experimental data.Results and Conclusions The supercritical fluid technology is one of the advanced technological means to separate effective component from the medical plant in China.However,it has been widely studied in many other countries,such as separation of protein from medicine,modulation of the polymorph medicine,preparation of inclusion compound,absorption of the porous material,and coating of the particle medicine.
