聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床分析

目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变(NNEDV)的临床疗效。方法:将我院2006年6月至2007年9月NNEDV患者150例分为两组:120例行聚焦超声治疗(实验组),30例行单纯药物治疗(对照组),定期随访并评价其临床疗效。结果:两组均在治疗后3个月～6个月评估。实验组中临床治愈4JD例(33.3%),有效74例(61.7%),总有效率95.0%,无效6例(5.0%),无效者予再次治疗,均达临床有效标准;且不同病理类型间疗效比较无统计学差异,但病程越短、年龄越小其疗效越好。对照组中临床治愈2例(6.7%),有效15例(50%),总有效率53.3%,无效8例,加重5例,无效率43.3%。结论:聚焦超声治疗技术是治疗NNEDV的一种安全可行、有效无创的好方法。
