准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术治疗高度近视临床观察

目的观察准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(LASIK)治疗高度近视的临床疗效。方法应用LASIK治疗高度近视381例(635眼),按术前屈光度分成2组,A组-6.00～9.75 D285例(467眼),B组-10.0～20.0 D 96例(168眼)。观察术后视力、角膜厚度、屈光度、角膜地形图及并发症等。结果术后3个月,2组的裸眼视力达0.5以上者分别为459眼(98.3%)和145眼(86.3%);1.0以上者分别为318眼(68.1%)和18眼(10.7%)。结论应用LASIK方式矫治高度近视效果良好,但仍有并发症发生,值得注意。

Clinical observation of high myopia treated with laser in situ keratomileusis

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) on high myopia.Methods Patients that underwent myopic LASIK were divided into two groups according to the amount of the refraction.There were 467 eyes of 285 myopic patients (-6.00 D to-9.75 D) in group A and 168 eyes of 96 myopic patients(-10.0 D to20.0 D) eyes in group B.Postoperative visual acuity,corneal thickness,refraction, corneal topography and complication were observed.Results After 3 months,the postoperative naked vision of the two groups were 0.5 or better in 459 eyes(98.3%) and 145 eyes(86.3%),and 1.0 or better in 318 eyes(68.1%) and 18 eyes(10.7%) respectively.Conclusion LASIK has a good effect on high myopia,but it is remarkable that there still is some complications.
