| 摘 要： | 目的 设计合成三氮唑丙醇类含氮化合物，以寻找较好的抗真菌药物。方法 以间二氟苯为原料，经4步反应制得目标化合物。结果 共合成11个化合物，经IR和^1H-NMR确证其结构。结论 所合成的11个化合物中，10个化合物均有不同程度的抗真菌活性。

| Abstract: | Aim To design and synthesize a series of the triazole propanol derivatives containing nitrogen,and to study their antifungal activities.Methods The target compounds were synthesized from 1,3 difluorobenzene in four steps.Results Eleven new compounds were obtained and their structures were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR.Conclusion Among the eleven new compounds,ten compounds had antifungal activities to different degrees. |
