钙调神经磷酸酶与心肌重构

摘    要:心肌重构是心肌对多种刺激因素所产生的适应性变化。在重构过程中,心肌细胞内发生一系列信号转导方面的改变,钙调弗经磷酸酶介导的信号转导是胞外信号传递至核内的关键环节,现将阐述钙调神经磷酸酶在细胞重构、组织重构、电重构、功能重构方面的作用,及钙调神经磷酸酶的几种抑制剂,并介绍钙调神经磷酸酶通路与其他信号转导通路间联系。

Abstract:Myocardial remodeling is a fundamental response of cardiac myocytes to various stimuli. In the course of remodeling, there is a series of changes taking place in many cellular signal transduction pathways, and the calcineurin induced pathway is the key point of transduction stimuli into the nucleus. In this article, the advances in calcineurin induced pathway were summarized cell remodeling, organ, function, as well as ion channels. In addition, the calcineurin induced pathway can cross-talk with other pathways and some factors can adjust the function of calcineurin induced pathway.
