儿童肺炎支原体肺炎合并心肌损害的临床分析

目的 探讨儿童肺炎支原体感染合并心肌受损的情况.方法 选择2011年1月～2012年12月期间于我院就诊的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿共136例作为观察组,门诊92例上呼吸道感染患儿作为对照组进行比较.结果 观察组患儿血清心肌酶谱AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、HBDH检测值及阳性率均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,心电图改变明显异常.结论 MP肺炎可合并心肌损害,其症状体征不典型,容易漏诊,因此对可疑病例应及早做心电图及心肌酶检查,以利早期诊断早期治疗.

Clinicalanalysis of mycoplasma pneumonia pneunlonia in children complicated with myocardial damage

Objective To discussion on complicated with myocardial damage of the infection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 136 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 December were named as observe group. 92 cases of children with upper respiratory infection were compared as control group. Results The chil- dren＇s sernm AST, LDH, CK-MB, HBDH test values and positive rates were higher, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. ECG abnormality. Conclusion MP pneumonia complicated with myocardial damage, the symptom is not typical, easily missed, so early to do the ECG and myocardial enzyme examination for suspicious patients, andent it＇ s beneficial to the patient＇ s early diag- nosis and early treatment.
