| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超导光治疗前列腺增生症的指征、方法及并发症。方法 回顾分析超导光消融治疗的３２例前列腺增生症。结果 ２４例排尿通畅（７５％），尿道狭窄６例（１８．７５％），尿失禁２例（６．２５％）。结论 超导光消融治疗前列腺增生症适应症广，痛苦小，住院时间短。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the indication, methods and complications of intraurethral treatment for benign prostatic hypertrophy. MethodsThirty-two cases of benign prostatic hypertrophy treated with superconducting-ligh therapeutic unit were analysed. ResultsNormal bladder voiding was resulted in 24 cases (75 %) after treatment. Complications were found in 8 cases (including renarrowing urethra in 6 cases and urinary incontience in 2 cases).ConclusionSuperconducting-ligh intraurethral treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy is wider in indication, less in pain and shorter in hospitalization. |
