低出生体重影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的　探讨不同原因低出生体重儿发生的危险因素。方法　对 190名低出生体重儿 (早产低出生体重儿 79人 ,足月低出生体重儿 111人 )和 750名正常对照组婴儿进行相关因素调查 ,采用多项式Logistic回归分析法分析低出生体重发生的危险因素。结果　母亲有人工流产史、孕龄大于 3 5岁、孕前体质指数 >2 8、孕期精神刺激、低血红蛋白 ,父亲饮酒和母亲吸烟等因素是早产低出生体重儿发生的危险因素 (OR =1 0 67～ 10 0 2 6,P <0 0 5,0 0 1) ;与足月低出生体重儿发生率呈正相关的因素是 :母亲孕前体重轻、母亲职业为教师、父母亲职业为农民 (OR =1 114～18 3 3 5,P <0 0 5,0 0 0 1)。与 2者均有关的因素是 :多胎、产前检查次数少、母亲身高矮、患有妊高症及家庭收入低等。结论　低出生体重发生是多种因素联合作用造成的 ,应采取综合措施降低低出生体重儿的发生率

Multinomial logistic regression analysis on factors associated with low birth weight

ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors for low birth w eight newborns.Methods190 low birth weight newborns (preterm low birth we ight newborns:79,term low birth weight newborns:111) and 750 infants of the cont ro l group were investigated using questionnaire.Multinomial logistic regression an alysis was applied to analyze the related risk factors for low birth weight. ResultsThere were positive relations between preterm low birth weight newborns and mothers who induced abortion,maternal age above 35 ,BMI above 28 before pregnancy,stress in pregnancy,anemia,fathers drinking alcoh ol,mother smoking in pregnancy( OR=1.067-10.026,P <0.05,0.001).The factors whi c h could increase the risk of low birth weight newborns included abortion mothers ,mothers with light weight before pregnancy,mothers and fathers who were peasant s,mothe rs who were teachers( OR=1.114-18.335,P <0.05,0.001).The factors which were re lated to preterm low birth weight newborns and term low birth weight newborns we re multiparity,little preterm care,maternal height, hypertension in pregnancy an d family income,etc.ConclusionLow birth weight was caused by many factors.Co m prehensive measure should be taken to reduce morbidity of low birth weight newbo rns.
