妇女非淋菌性尿道炎患者的人型支原体感染与耐药

目的：了解我国妇女非淋菌性尿道炎患者中人型支原体（Mh）的感染与不同种类抗生素的耐药现状。方法：利用Mh的分离、鉴别、定量和药敏试剂盒，对我国上海、四川、广西、浙江、新疆五地区妇女非淋菌性尿道炎患者的Mh感染与药敏进行测定。结果：五省市共检测2546份标本，检测出Mh阳性244份（9.58％）。对四环素类抗生素敏感和中度敏感占83.2％，有16.8％耐药，而对大环内酯类和喹喏酮类抗生素Mh耐药性较高，分别占52.9％和44.2％。结论：妇女非淋菌性尿道炎患者中Mh感染很普遍，对临床治疗常选用的四类抗生素Mh均出现不同程度的耐药，对大环内酯类和喹喏酮类抗生素Mh耐药性较高，应加以关注。

The Mycoplasma Hominis(Mh) Infection and Drug Resistance of Female Nongonococcal Urethritis

Objective To explore the situation of Mh infection and drug resistance of female non-gonococcal urethritis patients in our country.Methods The isolating,identificative,quantify and drug sensitive kits were used to detect the Mh patients in Shanghai,Sichuang,Guangxi,Zhejiang and Xinjiang.Results 244 cases were identified with Mh(9.58%) in which 83.2% was sensitive or moderately sensitive and 16.8% was resistance to tetracycline and in which 52.9% was resistance to Macrolides and 44.2% to Quinolones in 2 546 cases.Conclusion Mh infection is fairly popular in female as non-gonocaccal urethritis.Mh is usually resistant to the cmmon four sorts of antibiotics.
