| 摘 要： | 目的评价一期植骨、解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的1临床疗效。方法采用一期植骨、解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折48例。结果全部病例均获随访，时间1～2年，所有骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间术后10周，45例术后功能恢复优良。结论一期植骨、解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折，既能维持骨折对位、恢复关节面的解剖关系，又能进行早期功能锻炼，最大限度地恢复膝关节功能，是治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of comminuted fracture of tibia plateau with one stage bone grafting and anatomical plate. Methods Forty-eight cases of comminuted fracture of tibia plateau were treated by one stage bone grafting and anatomical plate. Results All patients healed. The average healing time of fracture is 10 weeks after the operation. Forty-five cases were graded as excellent. Conclusion Using anatomical plate combined with one stage bone grafting is a satisfying technique to treat comminuted fracture of tibia plateau. With advantage of restoring anatomical articular surface and firmly stabilizing the fracture,this technique can also prevent joint stiffness after fixation. |
