| 摘 要： | 先天性下唇窦道是较罕见畸形，常伴有唇和／或腭裂，又称作ＶａｎｄｅｒＷｏｕｄｅ综合征。虽然下唇窦道本身并不总需要外科治疗，值得注意的是此综合征的伴发畸形和遗传倾向。我们介绍了４例先天性下唇窦道并对有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Congenital lower sinuses are rare and are found often in association with cleft lip and/or palate, named Van der Woude syndrome. Although the condition per se does not always require surgical attention ,its genetic character is interesting. Four cases of congenital sinuses are described and recent literature is reviewed. |
