儿科门诊静脉输液流程管理模式的建立及其效果研究

目的；探讨儿科门诊静脉输液流程管理模式及其应用效果。方法；调查实施静脉输液流程管理模式后患儿120侧，并与实施静脉输液流程管理模式前患儿120例，进行回顾性对比分析。结果：实施静脉输液流程管理模式前后护理工作效率比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01）患者满意度评分比较有统计学差异（P＜0.01）,护理缺陷发生率明显低于实施流程管理模式前（P＜0.05）：结论：护理流程管理模式使儿科门诊静脉输液过程更加合理、科学，提高了患者满意度和护理工作效率，改进了护理服务质量，具有临床推广应用价值。

Intravenous infusion process management model development in pediatric outpatient department and its effect study

Objective： To explore the intravenous infusion process management model and its effect. Method： Investigated 120 children after the intravenous infusion process management model implemented, and compared with 120 cases under the old model. Results： The work efficiency had significant difference between before and after the intravenous infusion process management model implementation （P〈0.01）, the patients＇ satisfaction had significant difference （P〈0.01）, and nursing defects happen rates were significantly lower than before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Process management model made the intravenous infusion process in the pediatric outpatient department more rational and scientific. It improved patients＇ satisfaction, work efficiency, quality of care and had clinical promotion value.
