古今中医教育模式的比较研究

摘    要:通过对师承教育和院校教育两种不同中医教育模式的分析比较,认为两种教育模式各有特色,也各有不足,主张在目前作为中医药人才培养主渠道的院校教育体系中,应强化中医药经典著作的学习;重视传统文化知识学习;加强临床实践及其诊疗技能训练;注重因材施教,并将师承制引入高层次中医药人才的培养,以促进中医药事业的发展。

Abstract:In comparison with the two education modes of traditional Chinese medicine,apprentice education and school education,it is believed that both modes have merits and demerits,and that in the case that school education is currently taken as the main mode in the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents,it is imperative to study Chinese medical classics,learn traditional culture,strengthen the clinical practice and the training of clinical skills,pay attention to competency based instruction,and introduce apprentice education into the cultivation of advanced talents to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
