流动人口与常住人口低出生体重儿原因分析

目的:了解和探讨流动人口与常住人口低出生体重儿产生原因和孕期保健现状。方法:对该院1999~2003年出生的低出生体重儿的情况进行回顾性分析。结果:共对11 473例婴儿进行调查,发现低出生体重儿491例,其中流动人口低出生体重儿发生率11.78%,常住人口低出生体重儿发生率1.47%,两者经2χ检验差异显著。流动人口中低出生体重儿产生的原因主要是:妊娠后期的体力劳动引起早产占67.39%,孕期营养不良引起足月低出生体重儿(足月小于低龄儿)占66.25%,孕期保健覆盖率19.1%。结论:制定有效的政策,加强流动人口的管理,做好孕期保健宣传,增强整个人群的孕期保健意识,防止和降低低出生体重儿的发生。

Analysis the Reason of Infant Born of Low Weight of the Floating population and Resident Population

Objective:Study the reason of infant born of low weight occurrence and the status of pregnant woman health care of the floating population and resident population.Methods:Retrospect analysis of the low weight infants born in hospital from 1999 to 2003.Results:Total 11 473 infants had been study,discovering 491 low weight infants born,the occurrence rate of floating population is 11.78%,resident population only 1.47%.By the examine of X2 the difference shows markedness.The main reasons of floating population low weight infant born are : 67.39% premature labor because of pregnancy housework,and 66.25% un-mature infants born attribute to innutrition,last only 19.1% among the pregnant women get the medical health care.Conclusion:Execute the valid policy and strengthen the management of floating population,propagandize and enhance the people health consciousness of pregnancy care,prevent or reduce the occurrence of the low weight infants born.
