摘    要:目的观察鸭儿芹总黄酮对四氯化碳致急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法选用昆明种小鼠,鸭儿芹总黄酮(40、80、160mg/kg)三种剂量连续灌胃给药5d后,腹腔注射0.1%CCl4(10ml/kg)致小鼠急性肝损伤,测定不同剂量的鸭儿芹总黄酮对小鼠血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性,肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果3种剂量的鸭儿芹总黄酮均能显著地降低小鼠血清ALT和AST活性,升高小鼠肝脏SOD活性,降低肝脏MDA含量。结论鸭儿芹总黄酮对由四氯化碳所致的急性肝脏损伤有保护作用,其机制与提高小鼠的抗氧化能力有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of total flavonoids from Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice.
