| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎(XGP)病因及诊断治疗。方法:分析5例结石引发XGP的诊治特点。结果:5例肾切除后,均经病理证实为XGP。结论:XGP往往是由结石等上尿路梗阻因素继发逆行感染,引起肾实质持续性破坏,术前B超及CT检查有助于与肾癌及肾结核相鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the causes, diagnosis and treatment of xanthogranuloma pyelonephritis (XGP) .Method: The characteristics of diagnosis and therapy of 5 cases of XGP caused by calculi were analysed. Results: The pathological examination of removed kidney confirmed that the 5 cases were ill with XGP. Conclusion: XGP is often caused by calculi and obstruction in urinary tract infected , which damage kidney. Ultrasound and CT examination are useful to differentiate kidney cancer from XGP. |
