| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨指导高血压病非勺型或深勺型患者择时用药,以改善治疗效果的护理干预方法.方法 遵医嘱对40例住院高血压病非勺型或深勺型患者于不同时间用药,对照组采用常规用药法,观察组采用个体化择时用药法,观察两组患者用药后的效果.结果 观察组在恢复正常血压昼夜节律方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在治疗高血压病非勺型或深勺型患者时,实施个体化择时用药的护理干预,对改善降压效果有着积极的意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the method of nursing intervention on taking medicine at selected timefor guiding " non - dippers" or " deep - dippers" in patients with primary hypertension in order to improve therapeutic effect. Methods Leading to compliance with doctor's advice, 40 hospitalized cases were taken medicine at different time, the patients in control group were received routine treatment while the others in experimental group were received individualized medication at selected time. Results In experimental group, the effect of renewing normal circadian blood pressure rhythm was obviously superior to that of control group (P<0.05) . Conclusions When treating " non- dippers" or " deep- dippers" in patients with primary hypertension, there appears to be significances on improving anti -hypertensive effect by nursing intervention on individualized medication at selected time. |
